OBTAINING ACCREDITATION
- Press accreditations will be granted to professionally active journalists or media organizations.
- Press accreditations are free of charge and personal.
- Media pass entitles the holder to enter all 5 main stages of the event, Media Launch Zone, the Before Party, the Great Networking Party, After Party and Closing Party as well as the Lunch Zone (2 lunches included). Media pass additionally provide holder with a 20 % workshops discount.
- In order to obtain accreditation, please fill out the ACCREDITATION FORM.
- The accreditation will be confirmed via e-mail within 5 working days.
- Filling the form does not guarantee a media pass.
- Media passes can be collected on 17th or 18th of May 2017 at the reception desk of infoShare at Gdańsk AmberExpo Area.
USING YOUR PRESS PASS
- Each accredited journalist obtains one free media pass for infoShare 2017.
- In order to enter the event, the accreditation holder is required to present their media pass.
- No duplicate media passes shall be issued.
- Media passes used by unauthorised third parties shall be considered invalid.
