Jimmy Wales - the founder of Wikipedia; Joshua Xu - CEO of Heygen; Jessica Yu - Academy Award winner; along with Gary Marcus, Ethan Mollick, Aleksandra Przegalińska and other outstanding AI experts, will participate in an online event on November 30, inaugurating the annual Generative Revolution Day. This initiative aims to highlight the evolving dynamics between humans and AI while fostering an informed dialogue on the role of this technology in society.

November 30th marks a symbolic milestone, commemorating the 2022 launch of ChatGPT, which revolutionized access to advanced technology for millions of people. Generative Revolution Day celebrates this key moment while emphasizing the evolving relationship between humans and AI. The event also serves as the foundation for Generative Revolution Insights—an initiative dedicated to advancing discussions on the transformative impact of generative AI. Insights gathered through this initiative will be compiled and synthesized in global dialogues, reports, and market research.

This year's celebrations will begin with an Oxford-style debate exploring whether humans truly benefit from generative AI. The debate will feature such participants as Jimmy Wales - Founder of Wikipedia; Gary Marcus - Leading voice on AI ethics; Denise Lee Yeh - Vice President of Engineering at Cisco, promoting innovation in AI-based collaboration tools; Joshua Xu - CEO of Heygen, a pioneer in generative video; Markus Reinisch - Vice President of Public Policy in Europe and Global Economic Policy at Meta; Jessica Yu - Academy Award-winning director, writer, and producer; Aleksandra Przegalińska - Vice-Rector at Kozminski University and expert in human-machine interaction and Phil LaMarr - Voice actor known for roles in the DC Animated Universe and Futurama.

On that day, there will also be a discussion panel about responsible use of artificial intelligence and the limitations of this technology featuring Ethan Mollick - Professor at the Wharton School; Raluca Crisan - co-founder and CTO of EtiqAI, recipient of the first prize at Women in AI Europe as well as Jimmy Wales and Gary Marcus.

The event will end with the premiere of the video podcast where market research experts discuss the application of generative AI in their industry.
